MAIN PLACE, Frisco

In January 2007, Zarky Development, LLC, an affiliate of TPMC Realty Corporation, purchased 105 acres of land located on the southwest corner of the Main Street (F.M. 720) and the Dallas North Tollway intersection in Frisco, Texas.  In July 2008, Zarky added to the assemblage by purchasing an additional 12.84 acres of land at the southwest corner of the property.  The 12.84 acres was purchased from a bank that had foreclosed on the prior owner.

Located in the center of Frisco, Texas, across the Dallas North Tollway from Frisco City Hall, this prime parcel will be developed as an adjacent-use development.  In the third quarter of 2009, TPMC was successful in obtaining zoning approval for the development of 2,500,000 square feet of office space, 500,000 square feet of retail space, 500 hotel rooms, and 2,500 apartment units.
